Story Chorus Fulfillment Policy

Refund Policy

  • No Refunds for Completed Work: We do not offer refunds for work that has already been completed. Once a service is rendered, it is considered fully earned.
  • Nonrefundable Deposits: All deposits are nonrefundable. However, if a project is canceled, any deposit paid will be credited toward future work.
  • Cancellations: If you decide to cancel a project and it is done according to our cancellation policy, we will only charge for the work that has already been performed and any direct costs we've incurred up to that point.

General Cancellation Policy

Both you and we can cancel the project by giving at least 60 days’ written notice to the other party.

Termination for Cause

Either of us can end the agreement immediately if:

  • The other party fails to meet important responsibilities and doesn’t fix the issue within 30 days of being notified.
  • The other party begins to fix the problem within 30 days but does not continue to do so diligently.
  • The other party becomes insolvent, is involved in insolvency proceedings, makes an assignment for the benefit of creditors, or a trustee or similar agent is appointed over any of the party’s assets or business.
  • In the case of the client, if you fail to make required payments as outlined in our agreement.

Responsibilities Upon Termination

  • If there are any non-cancelable materials or services we’ve committed to on your behalf, you’ll need to pay for these as agreed.
  • If there are materials or services provided by us that you haven’t paid for at the time of termination, you can’t use those materials or the results of those services until you have paid in full.
  • Once the agreement is terminated and all balances are cleared, we will transfer all materials and property in our possession or control to you. You will be responsible for the costs associated with transferring these materials.
